The glitch is a feature.

The world tells you to panic. It tells you to force-quit. It tells you to hustle harder. The Hanged Man tells you to dangle.
Look at him. He isn’t struggling. His face is calm. There is a halo around his head. He hangs by one foot, upside down. All the blood is rushing to his brain. The coins are falling out of his pockets. He is seeing the world from a completely different angle. The sky is the floor. The ceiling is the earth.
In code terms, this is an await command. It is the necessary pause while the database fetches the truth. If you try to type while the system is hanging, you will just crash the program.
This is the hardest card for the Ego. The Ego wants to be The Chariot. It wants forward momentum. The Soul knows that sometimes you have to stop moving to start seeing. You have to let go of the “outcome” (the coins). You have to sacrifice your need for control to gain a download of Insight.
Odin hung from the World Tree for nine days to learn the Runes. You might have to hang in the void of “I don’t know” for a while.
It looks like a trap. It feels like a failure. It is actually the only way to upgrade the firmware.
Stop pushing the river. Let it flow.
