Suggested Improvements
- Add a “custom protocol” section: the user writes their own Quest for one week, using the existing skills as building blocks.
- Include a section on what autonomy does not mean—it does not mean ignoring feedback, it means choosing whose feedback matters.
- Expand the log with a check for the day you reached for the recorder without being told to.
