The Chariot was about armor and velocity. It was hard power. Strength is soft power. It is the skin, not the shell.
Look at the card. She isn’t wrestling the Lion. She isn’t using a whip. She doesn’t have a weapon. She is closing the beast’s jaws with her bare hands. She is calm. She has the infinity symbol (∞) hovering over her head—the same one The Magician has.
The Lion is your Hardware. It is your biology, your amygdala, your rage, your lust, your “System 1” thinking. It is the glitchy, hungry animal inside that wants to eat, sleep, and scream. Most people try to kill the Lion. They repress it. They drug it. They distract it. But if you kill the Lion, you kill your engine. You lose your fire.
Strength is the code that handles the exception without crashing the system: try { Live() } catch (Fear) { Love() }.
It is the ability to look at your darkest shadow, your weirdest kink, your deepest shame, and say: “I see you. You are part of the dataset too.” It is not about domination. It is about Integration.
You don’t silence the noise. You tune it until it becomes a frequency. You don’t cage the beast. You teach it to purr.
Endurance is not just surviving the storm. It is standing in the rain and refusing to close your heart.
