  • Action: Download your last 3 months of bank statements. Highlight every subscription you don’t use and every expense that didn’t bring you joy. Cancel them.

  • Action: Turn off all notifications except texts and calls. Delete the apps that make you feel anxious. Turn your screen to Grayscale.
